“Baltika” Brewery” JSC

“Uralkali” JSC

"Uralkali" JSC is one of Russia's largest chemical companies, and one of the world's leading producers of mineral fertilizers. Potassium (potash chloride) is one of its basic products. In 2007 "Uralkali" became the first Russian public company in chemical sector, its shares being traded on RTS, MICEX and LSE.

Joint Stock Company "Company TransTeleCom" is one of the leading national telecom operators and it gradually widens the scope of innovative services provided. Today, Company TTK operates and services the largest fiber-optic communication network in Russia, with a length of more than 53,000 km and a network capacity of 50 Gbps. The network is laid along the railways, and has more than 1,000 access nodes in all regions of Russia and connects Europe and Asia. 17 regional enterprises created in the largest Russian cities provide TTK services all over the country. The Company is one of three leading alternative operators of fixed communication and provides 45% of long-distance channel lease, occupies 46% in the segment of backbone Internet and 34% in the IP VPN market. The consolidated return of the group of TTK companies in 2007 was 24.1 billion rubles with a profit of 2.5 billion rubles - 18% higher than in 2006. In September 2007 TTK began rendering services on the long-distance and international telecommunications market.

TTK operates internationally. The company has communication nods in the world's largest telecom traffic centers in London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Stockholm and Honkong. “Lukoil- AIC” JSC

In 1993 "Kogalymneftegaz" OJSC (CEO- S.M. Veistock), "Lukoil- Israel Limited" (president- I. Mor), "Apex" TOU (CEO - V.S. Stanev) founded "Lukoil- AIC" JSC. The company has been operating actively since 1995 and it is one of the top 3 oil companies with foreign capital in Russia. The company is holding a license for the exploration of Kogalym oil and gas fields; in 2001 the production of oil reached 2 mln. tons and gas amounted to 143 million cubic meters.

The enterprise adheres to modern management corporate governance policies so all the engineering decisions are made after a detailed technical and economic feasibility study.

According to the data from Sverdlovsk Committee for Statistics the company is a leader among top 100 Ural enterprises in the integrated performance index. The rapid growth of main index, high level of cost-effectiveness and liquidity have a positive impact on consumption rates. "Lukoil- AIC" JSC is one of the city's and region's largest taxpayers with  the overall amounts in 2001 of  2,7 billion rubles. The company ensures comfortable working and leisure conditions for its employees, provides help to social services, healthcare and childcare centers in the annual amount of 20 mln. rubles.

“Northgas” CJSC

Northgas is incorporated in Russia with the primary purpose of exploring for and then producing gas from  gas-condensate reservoirs (neocomian) of North-Urengoy field (the license SLX 13513 NE).

Northgas' primary activities comprise:

  • construction of surface facilities, production facilities and related infrastructure within the area we are licensed to operate in;
  • development of the gas and gas-condensate fields;
  • production and processing of natural gas and gas-condensate;
  • marketing and sales of natural gas, gas-condensate and petroleum products.
